We have the apartment thoroughly cleaned every 14 days. Please let us know if you would like to book more frequent cleaning. Please refer to our price list for details.
First grocery shopping
We would be happy to buy a few things for you on request, which will be waiting for you when you arrive. You can then reimburse us for the money after you have arrived and unpacked.
Bureaucracy
We will be happy to issue you with a landlord's certificate. Do you need further assistance, e.g. in finding the right office or form in Mannheim? Then please feel free to ask us.
