Price List
Monthly rent €2,500
The monthly rent includes electricity, water, heating, garbage collection fees, WiFi, biweekly apartment cleaning, and a change of bed linen every 4 weeks.
Discounts
2% discount for a binding rental period of 3 months
3% discount for a binding rental period of 6 months
One-time deposit of €1,000 upon moving in
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy. It may be retained in whole or in part to cover damage to the furnishings or fixtures that exceeds normal wear and tear.
Towels and bed linen
Included for the first two people (see above). An additional €30 per month is charged for each additional person.
Additional apartment cleaning services, more often than every 14 days, can be booked for €90 each.
Additional bed linen changes, more often than once a month, can be booked for €10 each.
Toddler package for a one-time fee of €35

You can pay by EC, credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Please note that we have to charge fees if you use a credit card or PayPal “Business”. Please note that the rent is payable monthly before the first day of each month.
